4. Legal Bases for Processing (where applicable)

If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing personal information, such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following bases: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent, though some parts of the Site may not function properly without them. We may also use analytics tools that use cookies to help us understand how the Site is used.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email and newsletter delivery, appointment scheduling (Calendly), payment processing (Stripe), and analytics. These providers may access your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect it.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as our scheduling tool, payment processor, or social media pages, that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use. In particular, Calendly and Stripe handle information under their own privacy policies.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to provide the Services, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
